• Opened or used camera equipment showing signs of wear beyond basic inspection
• Items not in original condition, missing accessories, or damaged due to customer mishandling
• Final sale items clearly marked as such at time of purchase

5.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Timing: Within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
• Method: Issued to your original payment method
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
