Returns & Exchanges
Return & Exchange Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you adequate time to test your equipment and ensure it meets your photographic standards.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day return window
- Complete the Return Request Form using the template provided below
- Wait for approval and shipping instructions – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days
- Package your item securely using the original packaging when possible
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return instructions
- Track your return and keep your shipping confirmation

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange Processing: Exchanges are processed once we receive your return, and the replacement item is shipped within 1-2 business days
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all members of our analog photography community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All types of film (110 Film, 120 Film, 35mm, 35mm Film, 4×5 Film, Instant Film, Polaroid film of all types) – Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of photographic film
- Opened or used camera equipment that shows signs of wear or use beyond basic inspection
- Items not in original condition, missing accessories, or damaged due to customer mishandling
- Final sale items clearly marked as such at time of purchase
International Returns
As we serve a global community of analog photographers, international returns are accepted following the same policy. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
- Return shipping should use a trackable service (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, and currency conversion differences may apply
