Absolutely. We understand that film is a sensitive medium that requires proper handling. All our film is stored in climate-controlled conditions and carefully inspected before shipping. For rare or discontinued films, we provide storage history whenever possible.

We ship worldwide to connect photographers across the globe with specialized analog tools. However, due to shipping carrier restrictions, we’re currently unable to deliver to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.

We offer two shipping methods designed with photographers in mind:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – Shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 days after dispatch

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing where we carefully inspect, test when applicable, and package your items with the reverence they deserve.

Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll provide tracking information so you can follow its journey—much like anticipating the reveal of a perfectly exposed negative. You’ll receive tracking details via email.

Rather than rushed shipping, we prioritize careful handling, proper packaging, and ensuring your photographic tools arrive in perfect condition. The wait is part of the creative journey.

We stand behind every product we curate. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of the photographs you’ll create with our products.

Due to the sensitive nature of photographic film, we generally cannot accept returns on film products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your film upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
