Absolutely. We understand that film is a sensitive medium that requires proper handling. All our film is stored in climate-controlled conditions and carefully inspected before shipping. For rare or discontinued films, we provide storage history whenever possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship and are there any restrictions?
We ship worldwide to connect photographers across the globe with specialized analog tools. However, due to shipping carrier restrictions, we’re currently unable to deliver to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
What are my shipping options and timeframes?
We offer two shipping methods designed with photographers in mind:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – Shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 days after dispatch
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll provide tracking information so you can follow its journey—much like anticipating the reveal of a perfectly exposed negative. You’ll receive tracking details via email.
Why does shipping take longer than regular e-commerce sites?
